Seaborg Technologies changes name to Saltfoss Energy and appoints new board member
Seaborg Technologies has changed its name to Saltfoss Energy, effective today. The new name reflects the company’s inherently safe molten salt technology, which is based on flowing salt to create energy at a massive scale. In Old Norse, the word “foss” is used to describe a powerful waterfall. Furthermore, as part of the effort to establish a board that matches the next phase of the company’s journey, Jacob Bundsgaard is to be appointed as a new board member. Jacob Bundsgaard is the former mayor of Aarhus, the second-largest city in Denmark.Jacob’s extensive experience in strategy and organisational development as well as in public regulation will be of particular benefit to the company. “We are very happy to welcome Jacob to the board.
